    Fried chicken ordered to order is the move at this Pakistani-American fast-casual mini-chain, a longtime staple for the halal community in the East Bay. The bird comes out of the fryer with a bumpy, spiced coating and buttermilk-tender meat underneath. The menu wanders cheerfully into chicken tikka pizza and Desi-style burgers, and the Chronicle named it among the Bay Area's top fried chicken spots.
