This residential-style hotel in Saint-Ouen, just north of central Paris, was designed by Philippe Starck and pitches itself at longer stays: spaces run from compact but efficient studios up to a three-bedroom with a terrace. A private garden with a seasonal pool and an organic brasserie downstairs round out the case for venturing past the périphérique.
