The indoor and outdoor pools here were an Art Deco landmark from the twenties through the eighties, a kind of inside-out ocean liner with porthole cabins, before decades of abandonment turned them into a street-art canvas. Now a luxury hotel in the 16th, it has been rebuilt with modernist furnishings and a monochrome palette, pool access included in the rate, a Clarins spa upstairs, and rooftop terraces with city views.
