The name is borrowed from a Jura winemaker who calls everyone "mon lapin," which tells you something about the energy here. Mon Lapin is a wine-bar-slash-bistro in Little Italy where the menu changes daily, lists ingredients more than dishes, and then arrives at the table as something you didn't quite expect. The natural wine list, which landed a North America's 50 Best Sommelier Award, is the kind of thing sommeliers photograph. Reservations open thirty days out and vanish fast.
