    Cowbells in the bathroom set the tone early at this Savoyard dining room in De Pijp, where the chef runs a cosy, chalet-inflected operation with his wife that goes considerably deeper than fondue. The cooking pulls from the Alps but bends toward the creative, with aged fish, miso, and a cheese trolley that genuinely earns the table real estate it demands. The wine list has a few pleasant surprises tucked in, too.
