    The old carriage houses of a Georgian estate don't usually double as a dining room, but here we are. This modern British restaurant sits within the Royal Crescent Hotel grounds, reached by a walk through the garden, which is either charming or a mild inconvenience depending on the weather. Seasonal produce from the south west drives the menu, Somerset lamb being the kind of thing the kitchen builds a dish around with quiet confidence.
