    Mexican fusion Indian

    Gaggan Anand, who's topped Asia's 50 Best multiple times, runs this gloriously unserious Mexican-Indian fusion restaurant, and the concept shouldn't work as well as it does. Butter chicken enchiladas and pork vindaloo tacos sound like a dare, but they taste like a revelation. The room is orange and blue neon chaos, the music is loud, and the crowd is here to have a good time, not to think too hard about it.
