A Michelin-starred Indian fine-dining restaurant inside the Galleria mall, which is either a joke or a statement, and Musaafer is clearly the latter. The grand hall, with its arches, towering windows, and labyrinthine layout, feels more like a palace than a food court neighbor. The menu traces the chef's journey across India's states, so the range is wide and the spicing is careful. The Paan Negroni at the bar is a fine place to start.
