Nari
Thai
Exposed pipes, factory windows, and earthy ceramics inside Hotel Kabuki set a mood that Thai restaurants rarely bother with. Nari holds a Michelin star for chef Pim Techamuanvivit's California-ingredient-driven cooking, which runs through a sharply contemporary Thai lens. The family-style menu changes with the seasons, so the squid, the curries, and the banana leaf parcels shift, but the kitchen's intensity doesn't. If you can't get a table, the upstairs bar takes walk-ins.
