    Gold-threaded wallpaper in the guest rooms and a gilded entrance set the tone at this Forbes Five Star hotel inside the City of Dreams Manila complex on the bay in Parañaque. The architect behind the design has a following, and the finish work earns the attention. Manila Bay sunsets visible from here are the kind that make people miss flights, which is convenient given the airports are minutes away.
