Ocre

Tucked inside Hotel Can Ferrereta in Santanyí's old town, Ocre is a Mediterranean restaurant that moves to a candlelit Mallorcan patio in summer, which does most of the selling on its own. The cooking is straightforward and seasonal, the kitchen drawing from local suppliers and, on Saturdays, from the weekly market a few streets away. The room leans rustic without trying too hard, and the crowd tends toward the quietly romantic rather than the loudly celebratory.
