    Kadriorg Park is essentially the backyard here, which is either a coincidence or the whole point of staying. Oru Hub Hotel sits just outside Tallinn's Old Town, with interiors by an Estonian design studio that kept things calm and neutral on purpose. The ground-floor coworking space doubles as a lobby lounge, drawing guests who arrived with laptops and plans. ORU Bistro runs a shareable, globally roaming menu downstairs.
