The kitchen leans into Italian classics, stuffed zucchini flowers and parmigiana alongside homemade pastas, with the odd personal detour from the chef. Split between the basement and ground floor of an Old Town hotel, it's an easygoing room that doesn't ask much of you beyond showing up hungry.
