    A short walk from the Vieux Port on a quiet side street, this small Provençal restaurant fills its colourful banquettes with locals who clearly know something. The chef sources from artisanal fishing boats and hand-picked market gardeners, then builds a five-course evening menu around whatever that haul yields. The cooking is precise and unfussy, which in Marseille is its own kind of statement.
