Nine rooms in a Victorian house perched above Port Isaac, run by Nathan Outlaw and his wife with the kind of attention that makes you feel mildly guilty for leaving. Local art, mismatched crockery, and an honesty bar for nightcaps give it the feel of a very well-curated home, which is more or less what it is.
