The blue-and-white color scheme reads more Santorini than Wan Chai, which is either a design choice or a collective delusion, but it keeps this mid-range hotel feeling lighter than most on Hong Kong Island. A grab-and-go café handles mornings without ceremony. Admiralty and Wan Chai MTR stations are both a short walk, and Pacific Place is close enough to do real damage. Low-frills suits some trips better than a chandelier.
