Interiors by a Paris firm fold in traditional Georgian motifs, chokha-influenced geometric patterns, and work by local artists. Five restaurants, a spa, and a concierge who seems to know everyone round out a hotel that earns its keep whether you've come to Tbilisi once or many times before.
