    Fortuna utca runs through the Castle District like a film set someone forgot to strike, and this boutique hotel fits right in. Soft rose and gold interiors mix Baroque brickwork with mid-century touches, retro Smeg fridges, and copper lamps. No elevator, since historic preservation laws won't allow one, so pack accordingly. Downstairs, the restaurant serves beef goulash and chicken paprikash alongside an all-Hungarian wine list, with terrace seating when the weather cooperates.
