The enclosed courtyard at the back was once a monastery, which adds a certain irony to the open kitchen where meats cook over fire and smoke. This Latin American brasserie inside a boutique hotel runs from ceviches and shrimp cocktail through to churros, with a serious gin selection alongside the wine list. The team are notably warm, which helps when you're deciding between a second cocktail and dessert, or both.
