The steak tartare is made tableside, which tells you everything about the register here: a brasserie inside the Four Seasons Gresham Palace that plays it classically French, with a handful of Hungarian dishes folded in. The room is art nouveau and the Chain Bridge is right outside the window, so the setting does a lot of the work. Roast chicken for two gets carved in front of you, and the rum baba has its fans.
