    The stained-glass ceiling of the lobby alone stops guests mid-check-in, and the view straight down to the Chain Bridge with Buda Castle beyond it is the kind of thing hotels put on brochures and rarely deliver. This Forbes Five Star, Michelin two-key hotel occupies a painstakingly restored Art Nouveau palace on the Danube, with 179 rooms that run large by any measure. The rooftop spa has an infinity pool and Omorovicza treatments; the cocktail bar hosts dance performances on the first Thursday of each month.
