    The dining room takes its shape from a traditional siheyuan courtyard house, which gives a Cantonese restaurant inside a Venetian-themed casino a calm it has absolutely no business having. The chef trained across Hong Kong and Paris and leans on classic recipes without leaving them exactly as he found them. The result is polished, unhurried Cantonese cooking in a room that makes you forget the slot machines are roughly fifty meters away.
