The garden opens up in summer, but Pippin's earns its keep year-round as a Modern British restaurant with a genuine neighbourhood feel despite sitting inside the Hotel Templeton Garden. Muted greens and beige keep the room calm, and the menu leans on British produce in dishes that have clearly been cooked and corrected over time. The Sprout Bar next door handles cocktails before or after.
