Plat Préféré
Brasserie French
A gilded bicycle the chef built himself stands beside the kitchen, which tells you something about how this place operates. It's a no-frills brasserie in a small Flemish town serving the kind of generous, classic Belgian cooking that never needed reinventing: seafood vol-au-vent, proper sauces, big portions. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand, and the room feels accordingly warm and unpretentious.
