    A terrace a short walk from Zagreb's cathedral makes a fine place to open wine, and this modern bistro leans into that mood. The wine list runs about a hundred labels with most available by the glass, which suits the wine-bar soul underneath the bistro skin. The kitchen pulls from the nearby Dolac market, so the menu shifts with the season, running local meat, Adriatic fish, and whatever vegetables looked good that morning.
