    Set inside the inner courtyard of Zagreb's Youth Theatre, this lively modern Mediterranean restaurant leans into its setting without going full costume drama. The open kitchen does the performing, while the veranda tables fill first every summer. The menu moves between Adriatic fish, Italian and French influences, and Croatian classics reworked with a precise, visual hand, with six and nine-course tasting menus available in the evenings.
