Poppy Pies is a counter-service pizzeria in Jackson's Belhaven Town Center, named for the owners' daughter and born as a food truck before settling into a storefront next to a brewery and a coffee shop. The menu runs on two styles: Neapolitan with a dough that takes days to make, and sturdy Detroit squares.
