1. Porto Timoni beach

    Two crescent beaches meet back-to-back across a narrow isthmus on Corfu's northwestern coast, their calm waters framed by steep green hills and accessible only by foot from the village above. The pebble-and-sand shoreline remains relatively quiet, its seclusion preserved by the very remoteness that makes the hike down worthwhile.
