The Prieuré-Roch wine estate's restaurant sits inside a U-shaped wood and steel building, its central patio looking straight out over the vines. It's a proper sit-down dining room, all parquet floors and picture windows, where the chef builds a modern menu around local produce, some of it grown on the estate itself. The wine list runs to 800 bottles, which at a Burgundy domaine feels less like a flex and more like the minimum.
