    This is the Brouwerij 't IJ taproom, a round pavilion planted in the middle of Vondelpark, which makes it the rare beer stop where the toughest decision is deck chair or jeu de boules. Expect the usual 't IJ pours, plus sandwiches, pastries, and smoothies for the strollers and dog owners drifting through. A band sometimes plays nearby, and the Dutch weather supplies its own drama.
