Puri

Perched in the marina development northwest of the centre, Puri is a modernist seafood restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows and a split-level blonde-wood interior that earns its view. The kitchen leans creative, with langoustines and gratinated crab doing most of the heavy lifting. A solid selection of wines by the glass rounds things out, and the team runs the room with the kind of ease that doesn't feel rehearsed.
