    A winery visit where the tour moves from a grape press carved into a monolithic boulder to a gravity-flow winery with suspended walkways for eyeing the barrels, which is quite the range. The estate in the Dão hills has been growing grapes for a very long time, and a recent renovation added an eight-bedroom farmhouse-style villa if your group wants to stay among the vineyards and pine forest.
