This fine dining room inside the Four Seasons runs on family recipes from the chef's own upbringing, which gives the modern Italian menu a warmer footing than the sleek, high-ceilinged space might suggest. Pastas are made in-house, the limoncello is too, and the crowd here dresses like they have dinner reservations, because they do.
