Remi is a seasonal modern restaurant in the old Suhrkamp Verlag building in Mitte, with floor-to-ceiling windows and the kind of unfussy cooking that reads as restrained rather than plain. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand. Regulars fill it fast, so book ahead, and in summer the terrace becomes the obvious reason to come.
