Contemporary Mediterranean
Sixth-floor dining with an unobstructed view over Biel's rooftops and the Jura mountains rolling beyond, which is doing a lot of heavy lifting before the food even arrives. This is a relaxed contemporary Mediterranean restaurant where the menu moves comfortably from vegetable-forward starters to sea bass and braised pork cheeks. The room stays unpretentious despite the perch, and the team is genuinely easy to be around. Sharing a few small plates to start is a solid call if there are two of you.
