    A riad in one of the oldest quarters of the medina, Dar Al Dall translates to "House of Shadows," which turns out to be a design brief as much as a name. Five suites sit around a courtyard where hand-chiseled tilework and carved plaster archways do the decorating. There's a hammam, a rooftop, and an open kitchen where couscous gets made the slow way. The whole thing holds a Michelin Key and leans hard into the no-phone, be-present premise.
