    A century-old Italianate villa on the Hvar waterfront, redesigned in clean modern-minimalist lines, where the marina sits just outside the door and the nightlife is genuinely steps away. This boutique hotel is about as polished as this part of Croatia gets, which, given how unspoiled it still feels compared to the rest of Europe, is part of the appeal. Sportsmen, sightseers, and clubbers all seem to find a reason to stay.
