Röda Huset, or The Red House, is a Nordic cocktail bar spread across three floors of a genuinely red building in central Stockholm. The drinks are built around Swedish produce, elderberries, local plums, cold-pressed carrots, and foraged herbs, with the menu laid out as a map of where everything came from.
