    RosaNegra is a dinner party disguised as a restaurant, where the servers dance, the tomahawk steaks get a flamethrower, and fire dancers drop by between courses. Expect sparklers, cocktails in skull mugs, and a trout arriving under a smoking glass dome. It's a pricey Latin spot on the Boulevard Kukulkan hotel strip, so dress for a party and bring a card that won't flinch. AAA has given it three diamonds.
