Rosemarie
Traditional French
The zinc-topped counter and egg mayonnaise on the menu tell you everything before you sit down. Rosemarie is a proper Paris bistro in the 7th, the kind where the cooking is seasonal and traditional and nobody is trying to reinvent anything. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks: the food is careful and the room feels lived-in without being shabby. Named, sweetly, after both owners' mothers.
