    A townhouse in Regensburg's old town that's been feeding people since the medieval period, now run by the third generation of the same family. The cooking is modern and internationally minded, so ox cheek with kampot pepper sits comfortably alongside a yuzu kosho beurre blanc. The vibe is deliberately casual for a room with this much history behind it. Lunch runs a shorter menu if you want to keep it simple.
