A contemporary tasting-menu restaurant facing Logroño's co-cathedral, where the two chef-owners work the room as much as the kitchen, which gives the whole thing an easy, personal feel you don't always get at this register. The cooking leans on seasonal Riojan produce and modern technique, though it borrows freely from wherever it feels like, and the cod done in the style of ajoarriero has become something of a calling card.
