    A terrace seat alongside the Rhône or a stool at the omakase counter watching the chef work: SACHI offers two very different ways into the same contemporary Japanese fine dining. The kitchen trained under Nobu Matsuhisa, and the set menus carry that lineage into something more personal, pairing modern flavor combinations with precise sushi. Tucked inside the Mandarin Oriental, it dresses accordingly.
