Rosio Sanchez, who came up in serious kitchens, runs this lively Mexican small-plates spot on Istedgade, and the cooking leans into bold, unapologetic flavors from her heritage. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand. On weekdays you can stop in just for tacos; any night you can let the kitchen decide with their five-dish menu.
