    Creaking wooden doors open onto a fine-dining Thai restaurant where the kitchen spent years travelling to village elders and consulting royal libraries to reconstruct the food that once appeared at court. The tasting and à la carte menus move through classics, green curry, massaman, sweet-and-sour coconut dip, handled with the kind of care that earned a Michelin star.
