Scandic Paasi

Some of the rooms here come with private saunas, which tells you something about where you are. Scandic Paasi is a hotel in Helsinki's Siltasaari district that goes hard on color: the lobby runs the full spectrum, and the guest rooms each pick a lane and commit. The building reads historic from the outside, but inside the furnishings are unapologetically modern. The bar runs late; the restaurant handles breakfast and leaves dinner to the neighborhood.
