    Hardwood floors, brick walls, and a full bar make Scoundrel feel like the French bistro Greenville didn't know it needed. The chef's food is classic in frame but restless in execution, the kind of place where a Caesar salad shows up better than expected and a roasted chicken arrives with gnocchi Parisienne and mustard sauce just to make its point. It holds a Michelin star, and bar seats fill as fast as tables. Book ahead.
