A vaulted red-brick basement beneath Margo, Sebb's is a lively, globe-trotting restaurant from the group behind Ox and Finch and Ka Pao. The menu refuses to pick a lane, moving from Turkish lahmacun to tandoori trout to jerk-spiced pork belly without apology. Cocktails earn their place on the list, including a miso and malt Old Fashioned that sounds wrong until it doesn't. The Michelin Guide awarded it a Bib Gourmand.
