The upper floors frame Xuanwu Lake to the west and Purple Mountain beyond, and the Ming Dynasty city wall is close enough to see without squinting. The building holds two Huaiyang restaurants, a CHI Spa, and a 40th-floor club lounge for guests who like their altitude with a drink.
