Ten cabins lined up a mile from the Atlantic, each shaped like a wrecked hull washed ashore and left to rust beautifully in the dunes. That's the premise of this remote desert lodge on Namibia's Skeleton Coast, and the interiors are far plusher than the name suggests. Dinner and drinks happen in a shared main lodge, and days go to 4x4 runs or walks down to Möwe Bay. The Michelin Guide awarded it 2 Keys.
